Follow signs to Topsham
Turn left at Topsham in the direction of Exmouth

Come off the M5 at Junction 30

Turn left at roundabout in direction of Exmouth, A376
Go round two more roundabouts then through Ebford
Pass a Jet garage on the right hand side

Take the A376 in the direction of Exeter
Go through Lympstone
Go past Marine base
Go into Exton and past Exton lane
We are then about 3 houses past Exton lane on the left
